Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming customers and determining their needs.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in finding products, explaining features, and processing sales transactions efficiently.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory audits to ensure product availability.
Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Promotional Support: Assist in setting up displays, promotional signage, and ensuring marketing materials are present.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of consistent attendance.
Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
