Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries and selections
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Organize and maintain store appearance, including stocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance product presentation
