Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and selections in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
