Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and product recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (current students welcome)
- 0-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
