Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is displayed correctly to attract customers.
- Process cash and card payments securely and balance the till at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high store standards.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels as required.
Qualifications
