Responsibilities
- Complete paid training modules (40 hrs/week for 6 weeks)
- Manage client accounts via phone, email, and CRM system
- Resolve inquiries with 95% customer satisfaction rate
- Meet weekly performance metrics (calls, conversions, retention)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack/Zoom
- Document client interactions in Salesforce

Qualifications
