Responsibilities

- Conduct basic research to identify trends and keywords for our SEO strategy.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat support channels.
- Update and maintain our company website content and blog posts.
- Help organize digital marketing events and local community outreach in Long Beach.
- Track and report basic performance metrics on social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
