Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and account troubleshooting.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Upsell products and services to meet team performance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
