Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and data within our CRM systems.
- Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
