Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chats professionally and efficiently to resolve issues.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal CRM systems.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer databases with the highest level of accuracy.
