Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, answering their questions and resolving inquiries with a smile.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Organize the sales floor, restock inventory, and maintain a clean and appealing environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation is required.
