- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to maintain a professional appearance.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism to resolve issues.
- Cross-train in various departments to support team flexibility and business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
