Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems and CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment for both staff and visitors.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
