Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent service to meet their needs.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately at the register using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries regarding products, store policies, and promotions with patience and knowledge.
- Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required for enthusiastic candidates).
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; we provide full training.
- Skills: Basic math skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate a cash register.
