Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account details via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Upsell products and services to meet team sales targets.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- A friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work weekends or evenings as needed.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes quickly.
