Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week paid training curriculum
- Shadow senior team members during client interactions

- Transition to full-time duties post-graduation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite)
