Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on satisfaction.
- Process orders, applications, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Participate in training workshops to refine technical and sales skills.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
