Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Conduct quality checks on products before loading
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (typically 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
