Responsibilities
- Accurately stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments
- Operate inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Assist with unloading delivery trucks and processing shipments
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Support customer service needs during overnight hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- No prior experience necessary - we train!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to/from worksite
