Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklift training provided)
- Load/unload shipments and verify accuracy against packing lists
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per night
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to 789 Night Shift Drive
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math and communication skills
- Availability for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
