Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment according to safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform inventory counts and data entry tasks with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
