Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to ensure smooth workflow during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, specifically the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks and follow complex instructions accurately.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting.
