Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification) with strict safety standards
- Maintain organized inventory using digital tracking systems and barcode scanners
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily productivity targets and quality benchmarks
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and optimizing storage space utilization
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide all necessary training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
