Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets and quality benchmarks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance requirements
- Complete daily paperwork and digital inventory updates using warehouse management systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Albuquerque facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
