Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
