Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Participate in safety training and enforce workplace protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to/from facility during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
