Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Document work activities using digital tracking systems
- Support facility cleanliness and preventative maintenance routines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for WMS systems)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication abilities
- Willingness to work nights and overtime as needed
