Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing our paid certification program
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital systems and physical counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Perform facility maintenance tasks including equipment checks and cleanup
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM (Monday-Friday)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work
- Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid UK driving license preferred but not essential
- Pass background and drug screening pre-employment
