Responsibilities
- Unload/sort incoming shipments with precision scanning
- Pick/pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet KPIs
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office familiarity)
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Flexible availability for rotating weekends
