Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts with handheld devices
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification) for material movement
- Pack and label outgoing orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation in our digital tracking system
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – full training provided
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work in the UK
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with touchscreen technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to/from our East London facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment
