Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and efficient workflow
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Complete digital paperwork and inventory management tasks
- Uphold OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Zone location
