Responsibilities
- Scan, sort, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick/pack orders with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workstations
- Complete daily cycle counts and quality checks
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless handovers
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
