Responsibilities
- Assist in processing customer orders, invoices, and requests with high accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and resolve routine data entry errors under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency during night operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members via internal channels to ensure seamless workflow.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the company database.
- Support the night shift leadership in achieving daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40 wpm preferred).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
