Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory movement and order processing during night shift operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless workflow transitions
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including forklifts and scanners
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and transactions
- Support team members in achieving operational KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours
