Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and security breaches
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms or incidents
- Write detailed incident reports and document daily activities
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Operate security equipment (CCTV, alarms, radios)
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (preferred)
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for reporting
