Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and care documentation
- Transport patients safely between departments and assist with equipment use
- Respond to patient call bells and provide immediate support during night hours
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Participate in shift reports and handovers
- Support emergency response protocols when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR certification (provided if not certified)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation to overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
