Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently following company protocols
- Manage inventory control systems and documentation with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality control measures
- Support loading/unloading activities and material handling
- Complete all required training modules within designated timeframe
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
- Team player with excellent communication skills
