Responsibilities
- Operate packaging and sorting machinery according to safety protocols
- Monitor conveyor systems and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records using basic software systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Participate in cross-functional training programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Basic computer literacy for data entry systems
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
