Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and verify inventory counts against documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Prepare and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues during shift
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all tasks
- Complete shift reports and maintain digital inventory records using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processes
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication standards
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening as per company policy
