Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report abnormalities to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility and daily care activities
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic records systems
- Prepare and maintain patient care areas and equipment
- Respond to patient call lights and provide timely assistance
- Collaborate with overnight medical team to ensure seamless care
- Adhere to all HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior healthcare experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shift
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn medical software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
