Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery with precision and safety protocols
- Perform quality checks and maintain organized workstations

- Document inventory and equipment logs accurately

- Assist in training new team members as you advance
- Communicate effectively with overnight supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday overnight schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
