Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming technical tickets and system alerts during the night shift.
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct routine data entry and digital documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team during handover protocols to ensure continuity.
- Assist in quality assurance processes to identify and resolve minor issues before escalation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Availability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate standard software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- No prior technical experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive paid training.
