Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patient care tasks during night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient information
- Maintain sterile environments and medical equipment
- Provide basic patient hygiene and comfort measures
- Respond to patient call bells and emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Complete accurate shift handover documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and documentation skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing/walking
- Valid California driver's license preferred
