Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support during night shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to medical staff
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond promptly to patient call systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR certification preferred (will train)
