Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize our CRM software to document interactions and update customer records.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues using provided resources.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Reliable internet connection (if working remotely).
