Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Assist customers with basic account troubleshooting and information requests.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM system.
- Monitor system alerts and respond to urgent issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30 WPM minimum).
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude.
