Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Process orders and resolve technical issues with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a high-volume environment.
- Update customer records in our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (typing speed 35+ WPM recommended).
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
