Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls: Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, account inquiries, and service requests during the night shift.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues using established protocols and knowledge bases.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Customer Retention: Maintain a professional demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and peers to ensure continuity of service.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GCSEs/A-levels) required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers and email.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
