- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service transitions
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and CSAT scores
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for night shift operations
Qualifications
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in independent overnight work environments
