Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and provide clear solutions for hardware/software problems
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex issue escalation
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through empathetic communication
- Adhere to company protocols and security guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service experience (internships welcome)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and basic computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
